After approval, you will need to ship the product to our New York office

Once verified, we will send you the correct product at no additional cost

2. Damaged Product

If your product arrives damaged, email us within 24 hours of delivery

Please include photo proof for faster processing

After verification, we will:

Provide a replacement, or

Issue a full refund (if replacement is not available)
