Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following circumstances:

Return Window

  • Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • In original packaging

    • Should follow either of the two conditions mentioned below.

1. Incorrect Product Received

  • If you receive a product different from what you ordered, notify us within 24 hours of delivery via email at info@lodis.com

  • After approval, you will need to ship the product to our New York office

  • Once verified, we will send you the correct product at no additional cost

2. Damaged Product

  • If your product arrives damaged, email us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Please include photo proof for faster processing

  • After verification, we will:

    • Provide a replacement, or

    • Issue a full refund (if replacement is not available)

Important Conditions

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind

  • Products must be unused and in original condition

  • Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 15 days

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
