Shipping Policy

Production Time:
All orders require 4 business days for production before dispatch. -
Shipping Time:
Delivery takes 7–10 business days after dispatch. -
Processing Days:
Orders are processed on Monday to Friday on a best-effort basis. -
Shipping Charges:
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. -
Duties & Taxes (International Orders):
All duties and taxes are prepaid.
Customers will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery. -
Shipping Partner:
All orders are shipped via UPS. -
Tracking:
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.

Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

- Should follow either of the two conditions mentioned below.
1. Incorrect Product Received

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

Ship the item to our New York office

We will send the correct product at no additional cost
2. Damaged Product

Email us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof

After verification, we will:

Provide a replacement, or

Issue a full refund (if replacement is not available)

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind

Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition will not be accepted

Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible
