Shipping policy

Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy

Shipping Policy

  • Production Time: 
    All orders require  4 business days for production  before dispatch.

  • Shipping Time: 
    Delivery takes  7–10 business days  after dispatch.

  • Processing Days: 
    Orders are processed on  Monday to Friday  on a best-effort basis.

  • Shipping Charges: 
    Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

  • Duties & Taxes (International Orders): 
    All duties and taxes are prepaid.
    Customers will not be required to pay any additional charges upon delivery.

  • Shipping Partner: 
    All orders are shipped via  UPS.

  • Tracking: 
    Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 


 

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.

  • To cancel, email support@lodis.com with your order details.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

 


 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • Product must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • In original packaging

    • Should follow either of the two conditions mentioned below.

 


 

1. Incorrect Product Received

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Ship the item to our New York office

  • We will send the correct product at no additional cost

 


 

2. Damaged Product

  • Email us within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof

  • After verification, we will:

    • Provide a replacement, or

    • Issue a full refund (if replacement is not available)

 


 

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind

  • Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition will not be accepted

  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible

 


 

Refund Policy

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 15 days

 


 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. If still pending after 15 days, email - support@lodis.com

 


 


Sale Items

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges

  • Sale handbags are not eligible for free shipping
