RETURN & REFUND POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At LODIS, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns must be requested within 5 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

  • Include all tags, accessories, inserts, dust bags, authenticity materials, and any other items originally received with the product.

  • Be free from any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.

Items returned that do not meet these requirements may be refused.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@lodis.com within 5 days of receiving your order.

Please include the following information:

  • Order Number

  • Customer Name

  • Reason for Return

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.


RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

For your protection, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. LODIS is not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, or delayed during transit.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders shipped outside the United States, customers are solely responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT/GST

  • Brokerage fees

  • Government-imposed charges

This includes, but is not limited to, shipments to Canada, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, and other international destinations.

These fees are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges paid to LODIS.

LODIS is not responsible for customs delays, additional import fees, or charges incurred after shipment.


REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

A return request may be declined if:

  • The request is submitted after the 5-day return period.

  • The item has been used, worn, altered, washed, or damaged.

  • Original packaging, tags, accessories, or inserts are missing.

  • The product is not returned in resalable condition.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
