SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
All orders are processed on a best-effort basis from Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Production Time
Orders require approximately 4 business days for processing and preparation before dispatch.
Shipping Time
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on the destination and carrier service availability.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, and peak holiday periods.
Shipping Charges
Applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
International Duties & Taxes
For shipments outside the United States, customers are responsible for any applicable:

These fees are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping charges paid to LODIS.
Shipping Carrier
Orders are shipped through trusted carrier partners, including UPS and other approved shipping providers, depending on destination and service availability.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not entered production or been shipped.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must:

Include all tags, accessories, inserts, dust bags, and packaging materials
Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of use may not qualify for a refund.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as LODIS cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking confirmation.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns may be refused if:
